Choral Evensong

Join us on Sunday, October 1, 5:00 pm for Choral Evensong sung by St. Mary’s Choir with The Rev. Kate Sonderegger officiating. This brief service includes readings and prayers with the psalm, canticles and anthem sung by the choir. There is no sermon and no Eucharist at this service of evening prayer. The English reformers combined two monastic evening prayer services (vespers and compline) to create one of the most beloved services of the English speaking world. First timers are always welcome, but be warned--you will be converted into a lover of Evensong!
