The Messenger is saved in PDF (portable document format) and can be viewed, downloaded or printed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. PDF is an acronym for "Portable Document Format." PDF is a file format created by Adobe that lets you view and print a file exactly as the author designed it, without needing to have the same application or fonts used to create the file.

Your browser may automatically recognize this file format and launch the Reader Plugin, if not follow the following steps:

Download a free copy of the Reader from the Adobe Web site.
Click on the link to the PDF file you are interested in viewing.
Indicate where on your hard drive you would like this file saved.
Save the file.
Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader. From your toolbar, select File, Open, then choose the PDF file you saved.
