| The Vestry is a group of church members who assume responsibility for St. Mary’s, much like a Board of Directors for a corporation or non-profit organization. Together with the rector, they determine the policies, budgets, and goals of the congregation. Vestry members are confirmed, adult members of the Episcopal Church. Each member is elected for a three-year term. |
